Graveside Funeral Service for the late Noell Simeon Penn age 55 years, a resident of Fox Hill, who died on July 11, 2023, will be held on Saturday, August 05, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Fox Hill Cemetery, Fox Hill Road.
Officiating will be Rev. Dr. A. Shelton Higgs, assisted by other ministers.
Predeceased by his parents; Oscar Richard and Rachel Theresa Penn. Siblings: Oscar Jr., Judith, Cheryl, Detry and Andre Penn.
