    Mary Stubbs

    Funeral service for Mary Stubbs, 87 yrs., a resident of Naomi Christie Home & formerly of Smith’s Street, will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Boyd Road, on Friday, August 4, 2023at 11:00 a.m.

    Officiating will be Monsignor Alfred Culmer, assisted by Deacon Peter  Jones. Interment follows in St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery.

    Left to mourn:

    Sister (Twin): Martha Dawkins (Margate Florida)

    Nephews: Minister Edmund (Coral) Stubbs (J.P), Frank Stubbs Jr. (New York), Kenroy Stubbs, Paul King, Sidney, Clifford & Joseph Stubbs & their respective families.

    Nieces: Inez McKenzie, Susan Hall, Victoria Stubbs(New York), Madline Williams (New York), Deborah Bernard (New York), Valacia (USA), Susanah Hepburn, Hannah (Robert) Dames, Shirley (Simeon) Ambrose, Janice Archer, Sherry Stubbs, Betty Stubbs, Emily (Mark) Gilbert, Jacqueline (Alphonsa) Knowles & their respective families.

    Sister in law:  Marina Stubbs.

    Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-5:00 p.m. on Thursday & on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
