Funeral Service for Retired Chief Customs Officer Fletcher Elbirth Cooper, 94 of Dundas Court, Pyfrom Addition will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 16th September, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street. Officiating will be Fr. Kendrick J. Forbes, assisted by other ministers of the clergy. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
Fletcher was predeceased by his daughters: Debbie and Delores Cooper; siblings: Clifford and Wilbert “Bill” Cooper; Zelma Worrell, and Clarice Cooper.
