Funeral Service For Carlos Wellington Stubbs, 61 affectionately called “Brian” a resident of Jumbey Drive, Golden Gates #1, will be held at Transfiguration Baptist Church, Market & Vesey Streets on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Stephen E. Thompson, assisted by Reverend Sherma Bowe and Reverend Brazil McDonald. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
