Death Notice For Elder Jacqueline Melva Miller Higgs, 63 affectionately called “Jackie” a resident of Saxon Street, Golden Gates #2 died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Thursday, October 12th, 2023.
She is survived by her husband: Andrew Derek Higgs; two sons: Derek, Jr. and Jamiel Higgs; three brothers: Glenn, Luther and Cedric Miller; six sisters: Janet Cooper, Joycelyn Minus, Carolyn Smith, Euthalie Miller, Maxine Ferguson; brothers-in-law: Clarence, Shon and Kevin Higgs, Charles Bullard and Prince Moss; six sisters-in-law: Valerie, Nathalie and Viola Miller, Linda Dagama, Dereka Higgs, Margo Laing; her fur baby: Diamond Shasheska Higgs.
Funeral arrangements are being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
