Funeral service for Richard Edward Culmer, 54 a resident of Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera will be held at Word of Faith Tabernacle, Cox Way & East Street on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Bishop Dr. Perry Newton. Cremation was held.
