    Funeral service for AUBREY SIMMONS, 83 and a resident of #256 Jenkins Place, Freeport and formerly of Salt Cay Turks Caicos, will be held at 10:00 am._on Saturday 11th, November 2023 at The Church of The Good Shephard, Pinder’s Point, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Rev’d Fr. Jude Edomwonyi, assisted by Canon Norman Lightbourne and Cremation will follow.
    Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Lillian Simmons; children: Sean Pintard and Sonia Simmons (Omega); sisters-in-law: Anita Rigby, Elizabeth (Robert) Lewis, Barbara (Walton) Johnson, Carolyn (Baptiste) Joseph, Elaine Morris (deceased); brothers-in-law: Earlin (Lillian) Forbes (deceased), Calvin (Colene), Charles (deceased) and Dudley Parker, daughter-in-law: Reeshemah; grandchildren: Brandis Thompson, Donovan Pintard, Brianne McPhee, Shamia, Daniel, and Aniyah Pintard, MJ Sands; great-grandson and special friend: Jonathan Fuellas; siblings: Elizabeth (Stanley) Malcolm, Katherine Simmons (deceased); nieces: Shirley (Eleazer) Fulford-Lowe, Cheryl (Anthony) Pedigree-Rolle; Blythe (Álonzo) Malcolm, Pearl Bernadin; nephews: Clyde and Anthony Outten, Buckley (Marcia) and Ronald Malcolm; godsons: Ricardo Simmons and Joseph Garland; goddaughters. Cyntishe Astwood and Denise Smith; numerous cousins including: Thelma Kennedy, Merlyn, Gladys, and Peter Lightbourne, Helena Been, Audley “Melody” Garland, Edwin Lightbourne, Dorothea Bodie, Agnes Kennedy, Antoinette Talbot; numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
    Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Yager Funeral Home & Crematorium, Queens Highway on Friday from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00a.m. until service time.
