Funeral Service For Chukwuemeka Lawrence Obi, 62 affectionately called “Orikaagie” a resident of Poinciana Drive and formerly of Nigeria who died Sunday, October 15th, 2023 will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th, 2023 at Trinity Global Cathedral, Marshall Road. Bishop Trevor Williamson will officiate. Interment will follow in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.
The Late Mr. Obi is survived by his loving wife: Mrs. Onyeka Edith Obi; children: Kennedy Chinweuba Obi and Kingsley Chibuzor Obi; immediate siblings: Adulfus Obi, Eric Obi, Clement Obi, Maduka Obi, Adaho Onuchukwu and Bennedeth Ibekwe; friends includes but are not limited to: Nigeria community, under the Umbrella of Nigeria Association, Bahamas Community, Jamaica community and the Haitian community.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at THE CHAPEL OF MEMORIES THE NEW COMMONWEALTH FUNERAL HOME, INDEPENDENCE DRIVE on Friday from 12:00 noon-6:00 p.m. and at the Cathedral on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to service time.
