He is survived by his Wife: Pastor Prophetess Mrs. Iris Culmer; 1 Daughter: Evangelist Alicia Lakeisha Culmer; 3 Sons: Min Charles Elijah, Antoine Alpheaus & Phillip Charles Culmer: 3 Brothers: Rueben, Lorenzo & Michael; 4 Sisters: Patricia, Dorothy, Marsha & Charlene; his grand children, numerous nieces, nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
