He is survived by his Wife: Patricia Pyfrom; Sons: Scan, Douglas Jr. and Johann Pyfrom and Jerome Smith Sr.; Daughter: Monique, Harolene, Tekoya, and Rocquelle Pyfrom; Sisters: Debbie Pyfrom, Ruth Knowles, Ingrid Suazo, Deborah Johnson; Brothers: Rudolph, Herman, Wesley St. John, Chris Johnsen, Victor, Kenneth, Charles Cartwright, James Thompson Sr.; Grandchildren: Amal Pratt, Amanda, Alysa, Rachel, Richard, Jordan, Jaidyn and Hadassah Pyfrom, D’Aesha Rahming, Melissa and Alcino Roxbury, Alexander Burrows, Jerome Smith Jr. Victoria Cartwright-Cooper, Benica Carey. Robyn Johnson, Tenicko Thompson, Judah Fox, Ivory Edgecombe; Great grand children: Franshawn Michel, Jovi Cooper, Brielle Roxbury, Lance Cox Jr., and Daclah Rolle; and a host of other relatives and friends.
