CHARLES LIVINGSTONE CULMER, 67 a resident of Robinson Road, will be held at The William Thompson Auditorium, Prince Charles Drive & Jean Street, on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Philip McPhee, assisted by Rev. Dr. Ruben Cooper Jr., & Rev. Dr. Glendon E. Rolle. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Gladstone Road.
