Semi Military Funeral Service for MINISTER EDMUND HARTMAN STUBBS, 88 (Former Deputy Superintendent of Police) of Primrose Avenue, Garden Hills and formerly of Dumfries, Cat Island will be held at 11:00 am. on Thursday 21st December, 2023 at Remnant Tabernacle of Praise, Carmichael Road. Officiating will be Rev’d. Melvin Grant, assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, J.F.K. Drive and Gladstone Road.
