Death notice for Mr. Jack Withington Levarity Sr., 64 of Blackbeard Drive, South Bimini and #175 Wellington Heights, Freeport, Grand Bahama died at his residence in Freeport, Grand Bahama on Sunday. January 28th, 2004.
He is survived by his wife: Francina Mae Levarity: children: Tremaine, Jack Jr. and Chosen Levarity. Gaynell Williams, Bradley Henfield and Carson; grandchildren: Metayo Levarity, Samiya and Trenecia Brown, Benjamin, Bradia and Brenae Williams, Carson Jr. and Calin Hepbam; brothers and sisters: Ralph (Shirley) Levanity Jr., Imill Levarity, Lenny Laura) Levarity, Iva Jane Stuart, Pauline (Donald) McIntosh, Min. Accie (Pastor Lagean) Levarity Sr., Garred (Violet) Gadoan; aunt: Verna Cooper; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the Funeral Service are being finalized and details will be announced at a later date.
