Jacques was predeceased by his parents: Edward and Arlene Foster; wife: Coral Foster; daughter. Dr. D’relle Foster; siblings: Marie Legros, Suzie Foster, Mitchel Foster, Jeannine Smith, and Immacula Timothy.
