OFFICIAL FUNERAL SERVICE for the late RETIRED ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF PRISONS (BDOCS) LIONEL HENZIL GILBERT Age 79 years of #3 Nebruck House will be held on Friday, February 2nd, 2024 at 10:00am at Bahamas Faith Ministries International, Carmichael Road.
Officiating will be Dr. Dave Burrows. Interment will be made in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive & Gladstone Road.
Left to cherish his memories are his Wife of almost 58 years: Verna Gilbert. Children: Humphrey and Lavar Gilbert, Lana Roseboro, and Dr. Nadia Gilbert- Bannister.
Adopted Sons: Norman Haven, and Leading Hand Sidney Deleveaux of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force.
Grandchildren: Terou Jr., and Aidan Bannister.
