Funeral Service for Retired Immigration Officer, IAN CARLYLE W. DACOSTA PENNERMAN a.k.a. “Blue”, 63 a resident of Terry Lane off Marigold Farm Road, will be held at Zion Baptist Church, East & Shirley Streets, on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. T. G. Morrison, assisted by Rev. Walton Winters & other Associate Ministers, Deacons & Evangelists. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F Kennedy Drive.
Ian was pre-deceased by his parents: Gerald Pennerman (Father) and Rowena Johnson (Mother).
