He is survived by his wife: Elsie Dean; son: Andrew Dean; daughters: Marjorie Pennerman, and Ruth Beneby 7 grandchildren: Phylicie and Madison Beneby, Matthew and Michael Penerman, Alexa, Joshua and Amber Rose Dean; and a host of other relatives including: Lawrence and Claire Burrows Edbert and Ruth Beneby, Ethelyn Neymore, Carolyn and Drexel Deal and Lawrence Cartwright. Funeral arrangements are being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
