He is survived by his mother: Evelyn Fowler; sister: Delerease McIntosh; brother-in-law: Ishmael McIntosh; nephews: Rashad and Luther McIntosh; grandnephew: Zion McIntosh; aunts: Ruthmae Dean, Valerine Deveaux and Annie Peraza; uncles: Oswald Dean, Edmond and Rufus Dean and a host of other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the Funeral Service are being finalized and details will be announced at a later date.
