Death Notice For Edward Charles Outten, 74 a resident of Hercules Street passed away peacefully at this residence on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Rev. Ruthlyn Outten; children: Indiana Outten Knowles, Indera Outten Baker, Vancino Outten, Vanchilo Outten, D’ Angelo Outten, Peter Outten, Kimberly Duncombe; numerous grandchildren; three sisters: Clarenia Johnson, Mildred Outten and Mary Hall and a host of other relatives and friends.
