He is survived by his Wife: Louise Rigby; Daughters: Regina Dulcie Rigby, Rayane Derel Rigby-Thompson, and Reniska
D’Andra Rigby; Son: Dr. Reginald Neymour; Son & Daughter-
in-law: Patrick Smith and Carole Neymour; Grandchildren:
D’Qheilyo, Zinnea, D’Zahn, Sasha, Alexis, and Nathan; Great-
grandson: D’Zharrion Reginald; Sisters: Lolamae Rolle, Janet
Lightbourne, and Alana Smith; Brothers: John, Anthony, and
Baldwin Rigby; and a host of other relatives and friends.
