Death notice for Cecil Raymond Flowers, 80 of Justine Way, Blue Hill Road died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Saturday, April 27th, 2024.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Ann Flowers; daughters: Sybil Forbes, Lenise Bethel, Patrice & Cecilily Flowers; sons: Cecil Jr., Ray & Andrew Flowers & Ricardo Carey; sisters: Bernadette Pinder, Sheila Hepburn, Crystal Strachan & Lorene Burrows; brothers: Craig & Bradley Flowers; step daughters: Anishka Christie & Tia Armbrister; step son: Benjamin Walkes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
