He is survived by his wife: Ingrid Bullard; daughter: Dava Bullard; mother: Barbara Bullard; brother: Vaughn Bullard; sisters: Clenty Hinton and Jalna Bullard, and other brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too0 numerous to mention.
