He is survived by his mother: Olive Forbes; 3 daughters: Anastasia Forbes, Jaleesa McCartney & Richa Forbes; 4 grandchildren: Carter Garcia, Cleo McCartney, Bailey & Brielle Brown; adopted children: Crystal & Christopher Cash & Nikera Ferguson; siblings: Ellamae Lewis, Angela Butler of Fort Lauderdale. Cherrise Lewis. Calbert Forbes, Allan Forbes, Thelma Forbes-Moss & Kathleen McPhee: numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
