He is survived by his wife: Melissa Evans; sons: Antonio, Anthony, Armad, Brandon and Jay Evans; step daughter: Vongie Birch; eight grandchildren; brothers: Kirkwood and Keyiros Evans; sister: Denise Evans; other relatives and friends including: Shandell Hepburn-Evans.
