He is survived by his wife: Letetia Bullard- Dean; sons: Lekhail, Pedro Jr., and Letheo Dean: daughters: Lashada Bell and Leshante Dames; mother-in-law: Vivian Bullard; brothers: Kenneth Rolle, Terrance and Percival Dean; sister: Keisha Dean; grandchildren: Lahiem and Tamia Bell, Miquel, Mikayla and Minell Dames, Terez Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.
