She is survived by her Husband: Glen Coakley: Daughter: Kizzy Coakley; Sons: Kwen and Karcino Coakley: Grandchild: Kylan Coakley: Sisters: Hazel Farquharson. Helen Giannikopoulos and Sharlene Miller; Brother: Frederick Smith. Keith Brown, Michael Brown and Anthony Brown; Numerous Nieces, Nephews and a host of other Relatives and Friends.
