She is survived by her husband: Carson Culmer; mother: Helen Smith; 1 daughter: Madison Hanna; 1 stepdaughter: Carnissa Hepburn- Culmer; son-in-law: Tiwian Hanna; 3 grandchildren: Tianna, Tialynn & Tajuan Hanna; 7 sisters: Rochelle & Pamela Smith, Donna Smith- Rolle, Angela Stubbs, Christine Sands, Helen Hall & Sandra Smith; 3 brothers: Jeffrey, Drexel & Edward Smith; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
