He is survived by his Wife: Patrice Fernander; Daughters: Las Lasasha Thompson & Lauren Fernander; Fernander, Weldon Sons: Oliver, Lamart Rocco Fernander: Sisters: Sandra Bethel & Paula Jones; Brothers: Herbert & Harvey Fernander, Retired Commissioner Clayton Fernander, Clifton & Floyd Fernander, Lloyd Williams; Numerous Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who will be mentioned at a later date.
