He is survived by his wife: Kelsey Theresa Clarke; three sons: Vancino, Vaughn and Kelson Clarke; two daughters: Crystal Clarke-Wallace and Shantel Moxey; grandchildren: Benneka, Abentina, Benny Jr., Ariel, Cleveland Jr. Tennessee, Edward Jr. Daniero, Treneal, Oneil, Omanon, Shacaden, Krishan, Sky, Vonnett, Emelia, Olivia and Stell Clarke; great grandhchildren: Stephnek, Stephen Jr. Austin, Kimorah; sisters: Christine, Vanessa, Lisel, Alvira, Sliver, Edith, Valene, Jemma, Judy, Dalene, Pamela, Paulette and Tiffany; brothers: Neil, Edward, Benjamin, Anthony Sweeting, Jonathan and Joseph Clarke, Eric Rutherford, Ricardo and Eugene; sons-in-law: Wilfred Moxey and Edward Wallace; daughter-in-law: Zayda Clarke and a host of other relatives and friends.
