Basil’s final farewell was held on August 16, surrounded by his children, former spouses, family, coworkers, and friends-each bearing witness to a life that touched many and left an indelible mark.

Crystal Deveaux, Shanaya Green, Basil Jr., Cpl. Dianthus Munroe, Marsha, WPC. Zoe, and Juan Deveaux; his siblings: Evelyn Gibson, Shane Deveaux, Laura Beneby, Juliette Edgecombe, Lydia Deveaux, Dario Pinder, Devin Minnis, and Mario Pinder; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
