He is survived by his father and stepmother, Drs. Leon and Alvira Higgs; three brothers, Tafari (Tanya), Levar (Ashanti), and Marcus; five nephews; and three nieces. Four aunts, Marjorie (Audley) Rahming, Christine (Isaac) Lamazon, Alma (David) Richardson, and Andrea (Bernard) Linden, and a host of other rela-tives and friends.
The date, time, and place for a memorial to be held in Nassau will be announced later.
