He is survived by his Children: Lindamae Whitaker, Margaret Smith, Courtney Forbes Jr., Sheila Munroe, Carolyn McPhee, Eugene Forbes, Deborah Miller, Philip Forbes and Van Forbes; Sisters: Olive Forbes; Brother: Alphenzo Forbes; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends including: David Whitaker, Wendy Forbes, Bernard Munroe, Newell McPhee, Thelma Forbes, Welford Miller, Mae Forbes and Helen Cartwright.
Funeral arrangements will be arranged at a later date.
