Death notice for Hovener C. Johnson of 32 Constitution Drive, New Providence, Bahamas and formerly of the Turks and Caicos Islands, died at the Good Samaritan Home on Saturday, December 13th, 2025.

Hovel was a life long fisherman and a well-known figure at the Potters Cay Dock.
He was predeceased by his mother: Ella Princess Butterfield; father: John Johnson.
He is survived by his three sisters: Jewelene Missick, Joycelyn Smith, and Bernice Hutchinson; one brother: Pastor Leroy (Roslyn) Lightbourne; numerous nieces and nephews including: Altermize (Benson) Russell and Keith Smith and numerous other relatives and friends especially: Juan Bethel.
