He is survived by his 3 daughters: Melissa & Patricia Smith & Felisha Higgs; 1 son= Peter Douglas; numerous grand & great grandchildren; 3 sisters including: Annis & Lydia Smith; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
