He is survived by his children: William Carroll Sr. (wife: Elsie Carroll); daughter. Gillian Carroll; Grandchildren: Happie Moss née Carroll (husband: Christopher Moss), Alexia Cartwright, Nicole Roberts née Carroll (husband: Jonathan Roberts), William Carroll Jr., (wife: Kristin Carroll); Great Grandchildren: Serenity Roberts, Elijah Roberts, Cattleya Moss and Logan Carroll and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Friday, January 16th at 10:00 a.m.
