Left to mourn his passing are his parents: John and Cita Francis; eight sisters: Lillian Simeon, Margaret Francis, Roselyn, Nurse Sherryann Scavella, Marsha Neely, Marilyn, Kera and Angelique Francis; seven brothers: Steven Miller, Julían, Shawn, Dwayne, Treco, Rico and Franklin Francis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
