He is survived by his sons: Virgil Sturrup daughters: Chantel Elaine Sturrup-Smith, Demara and Terez Sturrup; siblings: Mary Ferguson Marsha Bullard, Pamela Major, Franklyn Sturrup and Antonette Hall; grandchildren: Dominique McKenia and Virshe Sturrup, Kirk Warakis, Paige Cox Sturrup, Vastianne and Ujay Taylor, Chanti Smith and Karastan Sturrup and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
