Ms. Belcher is survived by her daughter: Nicole Neely-Samuels; two grandchildren: Martin Samuels and Nikeisha Samuels; two brothers: Micheal Wilson and Devon Wilson; cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
