Death notice for Elva Margarette Smith-Russell, 87 of Worchester Road and formerly of Dumfries, Cat Island, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.
She is survived by her daughter: Karrol Russell-Jervis; son: Spencer Russell; son-in-law: Kaylen Jervis; grandchildren: Karla and Franklyn Russell, Kellen Jervis and Brendario Thompson; great grandchild: Eden Russell; brother: Kendley Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
