He is predeceased by his Parents, Joseph and Yvonne Lewis; two (2) Sisters: Juliette and Bernadette Lewis; and one (1) Brother: Nelson Lewis.
He is survived by his Wife, Joan Lewis; one (1) Son: Gerard Lewis Jr.; two (2) Daughters: Nasair McPhee and Yvonne Lewis; two (2) Brothers: Alexander and Sean Lewis; one (1) Sister: Peaches Lewis; one (1) Grandchild: Casen Thompson; two (2) Aunts: Cedia Fox and Valderine Pearl; one (1) Uncle: Edward Poitier; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
