He is survived by his wife: Rosalie Williams; sons: Owen Williams Sr., Ricardo Williams; daughters: Michelle Hanna, Yvette Davis; brothers: Theophilus, Daylen, Jeffrey And Anthony Williams; sisters: Hattie Moxey, Carolyn Sinning, Laurel Bartlett, Linda Gilbert, Patrice Fernander; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
