Death notice for Mrs. Michelle Sylvia Sweeting Cumberbatch, 57 a resident of Foster Street, New Providence, Bahamas and formerly of Lower Bogue, Eleuthera, Bahamas, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
She is survived by her husband: Jason Cumberbatch; children: Jachelle, Javonne and Javanna Cumberbatch; adopted daughter: Tiffany Albury; father: Basil Herbert Sweeting; mother-in-law: Cynthia Cumberbatch; sisters: Rem Lisa Higgs of Clarkston, Georgia; Rochelle and Nikitta Shantel Sweeting; brothers: Gary Hepburn, Larry Johnson, and Damarus Sweeting; sisters-in-law: and brothers-in-law: Laurel Bullard, Cecilia Forbes-Jordan, Jarnee Stuart-Pickstock, Bernell Johnson, Ronel Cartwright, Randolph Fawkes, Leonard Tynes, Ray and Roger Cumberbatch; aunts: Edith Neilly, Malvena Culmer, Daisy McMinns and Marcy Collins. Uncle: Randolph Neilly; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18th, 2026
