Death notice for Dolores Elizabeth Knowles, 84 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dolores Elizabeth Knowles (née Carroll), formerly of Deadman’s Cay, Long Island, Bahamas who died peacefully in her sleep at Burrows Home for the Aged Freeport, Grand Bahama on the morning of Wednesday, 24 June, 2026.
She is survived by her son: Dwight Knowles; daughter: Melanie Moncrieff; grandchildren: Olivia Knowles and Adair Moncrieff; three sisters: Lourey Smith, Alecia and Valaria Carroll; three brothers: Raleigh, Cedric and Leclain Carroll; and a large loving family of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private memorial for loved ones will be held to honour her passing.
