He is survived by his wife, Wallburger Collie; daughters, Lakeisha Collie, Josephine Capron, Denishka Wright, Simone Pugh, Ocala Dean and Shantel Richards; sons, William and Stephen Collie and Lyall Pugh; sisters, Virginia Collie-Strachan, Sandra Saunders, Dolly Deveaux and Prescola Thompson; brothers, Ronald, Perry, Brian, Garry and Kendall Deveaux; twenty three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
