
Death notice for Macgregor Norton Robertson Macgregor N. Robertson, a resident of Shirley Slope, died peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Monday, July 20th, 2026 after a long illness.
He was predeceased by his former wife, Madeleine, his parents, Reginald John and Ruth Muriel Robertson, his brother James Robertson of Nassau, and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Frank and Mary Pritchard of Wales and Charlie and Jeannie Grant of Nova Scotia, Canada.
He is survived by his devoted wife Carleton Robertson; his loving son Ian Robertson; his loving daughter Lynne Andrews; his daughter-in-law Augusta Robertson; son-in-law Geoffrey Andrews; granddaughters, Shelley Thalheimer and her husband Max and Jennifer Andrews, and his sister-in-law Joanna Robertson along with numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be fondly remembered by his extended family, Anne and Scott Paramore, Peter and Kathy Maury and John and Mary Maury; along with their children and one grandchild.
We would like to extend our thanks to the following for all of their help during his illness; John Roi Arganda, James Mel Pasia, Jun Glamiton, Feanser Poitier, Dr. Ren Xun, The Poinciana Recovery Center, everyone at Body Connection, KTH Physiotherapy, Dr. Anika Johnson’s team of nurses, the team at Comprehensive Medical Association and the Cancer Society of the Bahamas.
