Funeral Service for Retired Nurse DELCINA MAY FRAZER, 84 a resident of Hermitage Road & Pond Lane, will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church, Deveaux Street, on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be Fr. Jonathan Duka & Fr. Anselm Russell. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
