Funeral notice for Mr. Edward Charles Outten, 74 a resident of Hercules Street will be held on Saturday,
March 23, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at St. James Native Baptist
Church, St. James Road. Officiating will be Rev. Franklyn
A.Clark, Jr. and Rev. Andrew Ash assisted by other
ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview
Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, John F. Kenney Drive
and Gladstone Road.
