Death notice for Cecil Raymond Flowers, 80 of Justin Way, Baillou Hill Estates, died at Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday 26th April 2024.
He is survived by his, children: Andrew Flowers, Patrice Flowers, Sybil Forbes, Horatio Flowers Sr., Ricardo Carey, Lenise Bethell. Jason, Cecilily Flowers and Cecil Flowers Jr.; brothers: Craig Flowers and Bradley Flowers; sisters: Sheila Hepburn, Lorraine Burrows, Bernadette Pinder and Crystal Strachan; wife: Mary Ann Flowers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
