Death notice for Baby Girl Chitara-li Dionae Collie, 40 days died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday August 26, 2024.
She is survived by her parents: Drs. Chico and Tarein Collie; grandparents: Dionne and Tyrone Rolle, Julian and Beverley Musgrove; great grandmother: Donna Moss; uncle: Tarai Rolle; aunt: Ashley and (Andrew) Hall and other relatives.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
