He is survived by his wife: Sheila Delores Moxey: 2 sons: Charles Livingston Moxey, Jason Charles Moxey; 1 daughter: Shenika C. Martin; 1 daughter-in-law: Candace Moxey; 1 son- in-law: Devin Martin; 4 grandchildren: Charles Livingston Moxey Jr., Caiden Moxey, Caitlyn Moxey & Davina Martin; 2 sisters: Her Excellency Dame Cynthia A. Pratt, Patsy Moxey of Florida, USA; sisters-in-law: Hon.Syvil Pratt, Rev. Mary Taylor, Rev. Oseta Henfield, Elmira Taylor, Alice Goodwin, Judith Taylor, Patricia Moxey & Charlene Moxey; brothers- in-law: Charles Taylor, Ulyn Henfield & Hayden Goodwin; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
